The Lehigh Valley Health Network is proud to partner with the Lehighton Area School District to provide a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Lehighton Area Middle School - 301 Beaver Run Road, Lehighton 18235 - on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 4-7 p.m. The clinic will be open to anyone 12 years of age and older. Please enter at the lower level parking lot of the school. Signs will be posted at the appropriate entrances. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered and is free of charge. We ask that anyone receiving a vaccination fill out a consent form and review the EUA Fact Sheet ahead of time.
*Please note: anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive the vaccination.

Pfizer booster information based on FDA and CDC approvals in September 2021, the Pfizer booster can be given at least six months after completion of the initial Pfizer two-shot series for people:
Age 65 and older
Living in long-term care facilities
Age 50-64 with underlying medical conditions that increase their risk for COVID infection
Age 18-64 with underlying medical conditions. The decision to receive a booster should be based upon individual circumstances that impact their overall risk of infection.
Age 18-64 whose frequent institutional or occupational exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19 puts them at high risk for serious complications of COVID-19. This group includes health care workers, teachers and day care staff, grocery workers and those in homeless shelters or prisons.
Only those who initially received the Pfizer vaccine are eligible for the Pfizer booster shot.
