How to clear you browser cache:
Google Chrome:
1.Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2.Select More tools.
3.Select Clear browsing data.
4.In the dialogue that appears, select the tickboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
(Leave Password box unchecked)
5.Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6.Click Clear browsing data.
7.Close the browser and relaunch.
Internet Explorer:
1.Open Internet Explorer.
IE 8: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
IE 9: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet Options 2,On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
3.Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box.
4. Check the Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History boxes.
5. The Form data, Passwords, and inPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you so choose.
6.Click Delete.
7.When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window.
8.Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
Firefox:
1.From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
- If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
2.From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
3.Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
4.Click Clear Now.
5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Safari:
1.Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
2.In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.
3.Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
4.Close the browser and relaunch.
