Visitor Guidelines

The Lehighton Area School District values strong partnerships with families and the community and welcomes visitors to our schools. To ensure a safe, secure, and orderly environment for all students and staff, we ask that all visitors follow our established procedures when entering our buildings.

All visitors are required to schedule their visit in advance  with the school office. Upon arrival, visitors must enter through the designated main entrance, as all other doors remain locked for safety. In the main office, visitors will be asked to sign in, provide identification, and wear a visitor badge at all times while in the building. Our Visitor Management System helps us maintain a secure environment for everyone.

For the safety of our school community, visitors must remain in approved areas and follow all school rules and staff directions. Anyone who does not follow these expectations or disrupts the school environment may be asked to leave. School administrators reserve the right to limit or deny access when necessary to protect students and staff.
